On the 19th of November the Night of the Oscars were held in Verona Italy. Ivan Basso won the Cycling Real Time award that night.

Ivan: "I'm very proud of this award because it's an reward for an important year. I rode a lot, but I only won one race - the Giro del Trentino - and certainly I struggled because it was not easy comming back after two years of inactivity.

I have made some mistakes, but the work I've done definitely help me to do well in 2010. I will try to win more and I hope I will win a great race.
